Networking

According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, networking is defined as “the cultivation of productive relationships for employment or business.” Being an active member of Arkansas Phi Beta Lambda offers many networking opportunities that will allow members to meet high-quality individuals that could end up being mentors, co-workers, or even future business partners. At PBL events and conferences, there are business professionals/judges that have experience in a wide range of fields, and bright, highly motivated students that will become the next generation of leaders. The relationships that are cultivated could turn into a job opportunity, life-changing advice, or just a broadened scope of the world. With networking, the possibilities are limitless, and that is why networking is a key benefit of membership with Arkansas Phi Beta Lambda.

A great chance to network is coming up in a few days! The Arkansas State Fall Leadership Conference is on Friday, October 19th, at UA-Little Rock. I hope to see you there and am looking forward to the opportunity to meet you all.
